How we worked with Guerlain to launch their new Eau de Parfum Intense in Europe

Odore worked with Guerlain to distribute samples of their newly launched product, Eau de Parfum Intense, across various European markets between August – November 2019.

In addition to promoting the newest fragrance in the Mon Guerlain collection, Guerlain wanted to optimise their sample distribution and enhance their CRM with valuable customer insights. Using Odore’s platform, they could leverage this to retarget customers and remain connected after receiving a sample.

Across the various markets, Eau de Parfum Intense was the most popular product with 38% of all samples distributed. This was followed by Eau de Parfum (32%), and Eau de Toilette (31%).
