  1. Connect the Cloud Gateway to your network (PoE or WiFi).
  2. Press-and-pair each of the five Tesen sensors.
  3. Place sensors in your coolroom, fridges, freezer and prep area.
  4. Set thresholds per unit in the cloud dashboard.
  5. Alerts and compliance records run themselves from there.
